It's Time to Start Your Adventures

If you’re feeling stuck or lost, a guided psychedelic cannabis experience could be the perfect way to jump start your healing journey. Psychedelics can help you access unconscious parts of your mind, providing insights and clarity that can lead to lasting change.

When used responsibly and with guidance, psychedelics can offer tremendous therapeutic potential. Cannabis is one of the safest and most approachable psychedelics, making it a great place to start.

Yoga

Peggy Dippen has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2003. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga popularized in the 20th century by K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches, of which asana or physical postures, are just one branch.

"Yogas chitta vritti nirodha" is a line from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. It refers to stilling the mind. When our thoughts are calm & our mind is tranquil, we can move toward self-realization.

Peggy's vinyasa yoga classes link breath with movement and are tailored to best meet the needs of each participant.

Real Dialogue

Real dialogue is a type of facilitated conversation in which people listen actively to each other, and seek to understand each other's perspectives and experiences. It involves expressing one's own needs and feelings in a clear and nonjudgmental way, and actively listening to and trying to understand the needs and feelings of others.

This finely-honed structure for inquiry encourages us to approach conflict with respect, use it as an opportunity to be creative, and listen to one another without the need to compromise or agree.
